Lemont Village Association, Inc. endeavors to preserve historically significant buildings in Lemont, including the 1885 John I. Thompson Grain Elevator and Coal Sheds, located in the center of Lemont, and to create a Village Green on the one acre lot.

The LVA operates as a 501(c)(3) educational association and is served by a nine person board elected by all LVA members. Contributions to the LVA are tax deductible.
