This amazing dinner has been catered by Tom Everly, Culinary Arts Chef, and his wife, Judy Everly of Keystone Yankee Catering in Lemont. Many volunteers help with setting up, serving, and cleaning up, and we can host 56 diners in the Grain Elevator on Mt. Nittany Road. This year Tom will be joined by Pastry Chef, Julie Meiser Rioux for food preparation. There will also be a small Silent Auction. You are invited to the EIGHTH ANNUAL GOURMET GRANARY CANDLELIGHT DINNER, SATURDAY, September 17, 6:30 p.m.in the historic THOMPSON GRANARY. Ten course NORTH AFRICAN dinner created and catered by CHEF TOM EVERLY, the “LEMONT SOUP GUY”and PASTRY CHEF, JULIE MEISER RIOUX. Seating will be limited. Dinners will be $80 per person, or you may reserve a table for 8 for $640. All proceeds above food costs will benefit our Thompson Granary rehabilitation work and $45 of each meal is tax deductible.
