Concerts on the Village Green

SEPTEMBER CONCERTS ADDED: NEW TIME, 7 PM TO 8:30 PM, FRIDAYS ON THE VILLAGE GREEN

Please bring chairs or blankets, and a jacket. Also, if a concert needs to be cancelled due to the covid19 status in Centre County, we will do so the Monday before, on this newly updated website, on the Lemont Friends list serve, our media alert list, and on the Lemont Post Office Bulletin Board. Thank you.

For every concert we require that all attendees wear masks, that children not be allowed to run around, and that we all observe social distancing of 6 feet around each group. No food trucks have joined us yet, but you may bring food. Please take all your trash, as we no longer own the dumpster.

Thanks to all our musicians who play for the fun of playing in a terrific venue. We have an exciting line-up with some who have performed before and several new-to-us. Picnickers are always welcome. Concerts are free, but there will be a basket for donations next to Jim Thorn, Sound Man.

September 4 Chris Kent, with songs and stories about the craziness of life, staying young forever, and never giving up, no matter what!

September 11 Tussey Mountain Moonshiners: Gwen Stimely, Jeremy Tosten, Steve Buckalew, Steve Crawford, and maybe Bill Stetz playing bluegrass

September 18 John Wise, Classic Elton John, Billy Joel, with George Arnold, George Arnold - Drums; Dave Skipper - Bass; Lauren Arnold - Violin; John Wise - Piano and Vocals; and Tara Arnold - Special Guest Flutist

September 25 Steve Van Hook and Jim Colbert, singer/songwriters
